Holiday Shopping

The holidays are a time for family, friends, gatherings, and cheer… but all the errands and running around can take a toll on your festive spirit. Consider shopping locally this holiday season:

  • Support your community and small businesses

  • Find one-of-a-kind, unique, and thoughtful gifts

  • Personalized customer service and attention to detail

  • Convenience

Here are four ways you can take advantage of shopping locally this season:

1. Holiday Market | DEC. 2 - 3, 10 AM - 4 PM | Atelier by elliestyled - 1900 Sheridan Rd.
Atelier by elliestyled will be hosting their fourth annual holiday market featuring over 30 curated vendors, including 3 other Highland Park businesses: Ozmun Home, The Flower House, and the Laughlin Gallery. Sip and snack while you shop a unite collection of gifts, jewelry, décor, art, and more. Need another reason to visit? Proceeds from the market will benefit Erika’s Lighthouse, a 501c(3) non-profit focused on making mental health programs accessible in schools.

2. Night Under the Lights on the Block | DEC. 5, 5 PM - 8 PM | 600 Block of Central Ave.

3. Parking | NOW THROUGH JAN. 5, 2024
What would you do with unlimited time? We can’t add an extra hour to the day, but we can give you more parking time! Now through January 5, 2024, time limit restrictions at all municipal parking lots have been suspended. Take your time and enjoy the shopping and dining experience without having to remember how much time is left at your parking spot. How much more shopping can you get done now?!

Please note:
ADA-accessible parking, fire hydrant zones, loading zones, on-street customer-only parking, permit parking, and employee parking restrictions will remain in effect during these parking holidays. EV charging areas will also be enforced in order to give multiple individuals the opportunity to use the service.
