August 15 is the last theme night of the season: laissez les bons temps rouler (let the good times roll) at New Orleans Mardi Gras Night! Enjoy fabulous musical performances from children's entertainer, Ben Tatar & the Tatar Tots (4:30 PM - 5:45 PM) and the New Orleans-style brass band, Extra Crispy Brass Band (6 PM - 8 PM). Event goers are also invited to create their own Mardi Gras mask to wear at the event: pick up a mask from the information booth during the event, or from a participating Ravinia District business during the week (indicated with a window sign). Channel the Big Easy by decorating your mask during the event with colorful feathers, sequins, and more!

Plus, Grins Pediatric Dentistry will be onsite with a selfie station for festive photos and Tina Johns from the Psychic Chakra Studio will be offering her services to attendees!

Food Truck Thursdays are presented by the City of Highland Park and the Ravinia District Special Service Area 17 property owners. Bensidoun USA manages the events with music coordinated by Life Rhythms, Inc.
