2025 Bitter Jester Music Festival Call for Entries

Want to apply to a Chicagoland music fest that’s a challenging ‘battle of the bands’ and incredibly fun? Look no further than Bitter Jester. Applications are now open!

Bands and solo artists are welcome to apply. At least half of the members of the band must be 21 or younger in order to apply. The deadline to apply for 2025 is April 15.

Bands and artists will compete over 4 days. Eight winners will then move on to perform for the grand prize at the grand finale.

The four preliminary concerts are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, June 6, 7, 13, and 14, beginning at 5:30 PM at Port Clinton Square (600 Central Ave.). The grand finale will take place on Saturday, June 28 at 2 PM, location TBA.
