A number of Highland Park businesses have announced fundraisers, donations, and profit-sharing benefitting the thousands of people impacted by the wildfires across southern California. Support Food Service Workers Impacted by the Wildfires

Brunch Benefitting the Chicago Chefs Cook’s Los Angeles Wildfire Relief Fund

Art with a Heart Fundraiser Benefitting Baby2Baby

Join ArtbySaharN and Kaleidoscope heART Market on February 6 to create Valentine’s Day inspired textured artwork. The cost of $40 covers all supplies and refreshments. All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to Baby2Baby, a nonprofit organization providing critical support to families and babies displaced by the California wildfires.

10% of Retail Proceeds Donated to Shelter, Rescue, & Reunite Pets

Both people and pets have been affected by the California wildfires. Pets4Life is currently donating 10% of retail proceeds to Los Angeles Animal Services. Los Angeles Animal Services offers emergency shelter, rescue, and the reunification of displaced pets and their owners.

Portion of Proceeds Shared to Benefit SoCal Booksellers

Secret World Books shared a portion of January’s proceeds with the Book Industry Charitable Foundation, and plans to extend this through February. This fund is assisting booksellers in southern California who have been impacted by the wildfires.

Margaritas for Support

Through February 10, Tamales will donate $1 from the purchase of every house margarita to the Chicago Chefs Cook's Los Angeles Wildfire Relief Fund.
